Attach both left and right Adante FlexLation Spars to the platform and lock in place using the Spar Locking Latch

Install the Pivoting Arm Board to both the left and right sides of the platform, then position and secure the patient's arm.

Insert the Pelvic Center Board into the static pelvic mount found at the Foot-End of the platform top.

Apply Tempur-Pedic pads and saddle post (if used) for hip procedures as shown here.

Insert the appropriately sided Traction Mount into the Mizuho Accessory Interface located at the end of the spar and lock into place.

NOTE: The LED lights on the Traction Mount will light up blue when properly connected.
