Femur Lift & Femoral Hook Install

Insert the Femur Lift into the attachment point located on either side of the platform's Foot-End and lock the Lift in place by lowering the tab into its locked position.

NOTE: The LED lights on the Femur Lift will light up blue when the Lift is connected properly.

NOTE: Use the same mechanism to lower the height of the Femur Lift that was used when raising its height.

The Adante Femur Lift has two mechanisms to adjust height:

Manual - for gross height adjustments

Press and hold both Height Locking Tabs to unlock
Lift up or down to raise or lower the Femur Lift
Release the Height Locking Tabs to lock the Femur Lift in place

NOTE: Use the same mechanism to lower the height of the Femur Lift that was used when raising its height.

The Adante Femur Lift has two mechanisms to adjust height:

Powered - or fine height adjustments

Press the Height Up arrow to raise the Femur Lift until the desired height is reached.
Press the Height Down arrow to lower the Femur Lift until the desired height is reached.

Femur Lift & Femoral Hook Install

Insert the sterilized Femoral Hook Support in the Femur Lift and lock in place. Then, insert the sterilized left or right Femoral Hook in one of the notches on the Femoral Hook Support.

Select the notch based on the size and position of the patient that will allow the Femoral Hook Bracket to support the femur on the operative side during the procedure.

To remove the Adante Femur Lift, raise the Locking Lever on the Femur Lift, and pull the Lift out of the Mizuho Accessory Interface.
